Program Note:

Love seems to have many different emotions on its palette: sweet, bitter, obsessed, devoted, romantic, enchanting, cherishing, comfortable, passionate, respectful... I painted of love on my five line canvas with eight notes: E major scale with G-natural. ...de l'amour... may paint the love

you've had.

This piece is written for Zach Shemon and Emily Granger and dedicated to my mom and dad for their sincere love over 30 years.
